Spalmabile RiCotta Cream with sautéed pears and spelled biscuits

Ingredients
- 2 packs of Spalmabile RiCcotta
- 100 g of powdered sugar
- 2 organic Kaiser pears
- 100 g of orange juice
- 1 tablespoon of butter
- 2 tablespoons of granulated sugar
- 5-6 spelled biscuits
- Cinnamon powder
Preparation
- Wash and dry the pears. Cut them in four by removing the central part.
- In a pan, melt the butter, add the sugar and orange juice and add the cut pears. Cook over high heat for a few minutes until the pears are well caramelized.
- Let it cool down.
- In a bowl, prepare the cream by working with a RiCcotta spatula with the icing sugar and ground cinnamon.
- Place the cream in a pastry bag with a star nozzle.
- Prepare the dessert by creating tufts with the RiCcotta cream on the plates, add two parts of caramelized pears and the biscuit crumbs in each plate.
- Serve at room temperature or cold.
