Spalmabile RiCotta Cream with sautéed pears and spelled biscuits

N ° 4 people | 15 minutes preparation | 10 minutes of cooking

  • 2 packs of Spalmabile RiCcotta
  • 100 g of powdered sugar
  • 2 organic Kaiser pears
  • 100 g of orange juice
  • 1 tablespoon of butter
  • 2 tablespoons of granulated sugar
  • 5-6 spelled biscuits
  • Cinnamon powder
  1. Wash and dry the pears. Cut them in four by removing the central part.
  2. In a pan, melt the butter, add the sugar and orange juice and add the cut pears. Cook over high heat for a few minutes until the pears are well caramelized.
  3. Let it cool down.
  4. In a bowl, prepare the cream by working with a RiCcotta spatula with the icing sugar and ground cinnamon.
  5. Place the cream in a pastry bag with a star nozzle.
  6. Prepare the dessert by creating tufts with the RiCcotta cream on the plates, add two parts of caramelized pears and the biscuit crumbs in each plate.
  7. Serve at room temperature or cold.
