Baked courgette flowers with Valcolatte Mozzarella Cheese

Ingredients
- 12 courgette flowers
- 180 g of Valcolatte Mozzarella Cheese
- 12 anchovies in oil
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Basil
- Salt
- Pepper
Preparation
- Cut the mozzarella into cubes and set aside.
- Clean the courgette flowers and remove the stalk inside. In each flower, insert a few cubes of mozzarella, an anchovy, a basil leaf and close with other mozzarella cubes.
- Continue until you run out of ingredients.
- Arrange the stuffed courgette flowers in a baking pan previously greased with a little oil, add a dash of oil on top, salt and pepper.
- Bring the oven temperature to 180 ° C, place in the oven and cook for 15 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and serve immediately.
