Baked courgette flowers with Valcolatte Mozzarella Cheese

  • 12 courgette flowers
  • 180 g of Valcolatte Mozzarella Cheese
  • 12 anchovies in oil
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Basil
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  1. Cut the mozzarella into cubes and set aside.
  2. Clean the courgette flowers and remove the stalk inside. In each flower, insert a few cubes of mozzarella, an anchovy, a basil leaf and close with other mozzarella cubes.
  3. Continue until you run out of ingredients.
  4. Arrange the stuffed courgette flowers in a baking pan previously greased with a little oil, add a dash of oil on top, salt and pepper.
  5. Bring the oven temperature to 180 ° C, place in the oven and cook for 15 minutes.
  6. Remove from the oven and serve immediately.
