Protein pancakes with Spalmabile RiCotta and blueberries

N ° 2 people | 15 minutes preparation

  • 4 egg whites
  • 80 g of oat flour
  • 4 g of baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon of sugar
  • 2 tablespoons of milk or water
  • 100 g of Spalmabile RiCcotta
  • 125 g of fresh blueberries
  1. Beat the egg whites, add the sifted flour together with the baking powder, sugar and milk, mixing gently from top to bottom with the help of a spatula.
  2. When the mixture is homogeneous, pour 2 tablespoons of the mixture onto a hot pan.
  3. The pancake should be turned when small holes form on the surface and it will be cooked briefly on the other side.
  4. Stuff them alternating the pancakes with spreadable RiCcotta and garnish with blueberries.
